General terms and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Solthira services at wsotira.club, including coaching, workshops, and digital resources focused on spiritual leadership for entrepreneurs and business owners. Use of our services creates a contractual relationship governed by these Terms and applicable Canadian law. Practical case: when a founder enrolls in a 12-week leadership program, both the founder and Solthira are bound by these terms regarding payments, scheduling, and code of conduct.

Eligibility to use Solthira services
To access paid or private services you must be legally competent to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction and at least the minimum age specified below. Organizations may enroll employees or representatives provided they have authority to bind the organization.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to create a paid account or contract for services offered by Solthira. Minors may participate in free public content with parental consent and oversight as described in the privacy policy.
You must use Solthira services lawfully and not for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose. Examples of prohibited uses include submitting false credentials, infringing others’ rights, or using the platform to solicit illegal activities.
Services are offered from Canada and are intended primarily for users in Canada and jurisdictions where such offerings are lawful. Access from other countries may be subject to local laws and additional restrictions; users outside Canada remain responsible for compliance with local regulations.
Services provided
Solthira provides spiritual leadership coaching, group workshops, case-based learning modules, and related digital materials for entrepreneurs and business owners. Service descriptions, deliverables, and schedules are provided at the time of enrollment. Example scenario: a small business owner books a one-on-one coaching package that includes an intake assessment, six sessions, and a tailored action plan.
We may modify or discontinue services, content, or features at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email or notice on wsotira.club. For existing paid engagements, changes will be handled according to the terms of the specific agreement.
Workshops and coaching availability depends on scheduled sessions and facilitator availability. Time zones are noted on booking pages; clients are responsible for confirming appointment times. If a session must be rescheduled, Solthira will propose alternative times and work to minimize disruption.
User content and community contributions
Users may submit content such as testimonials, discussion posts, or files in connection with services. Such content must comply with these Terms and our community standards.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in content you post, subject to the license you grant to Solthira to use and display the content as described below.
By submitting content, you grant Solthira a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purposes of providing services, improving offerings, and promoting anonymized case-study outcomes.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any content you submit. Example case: when a founder posts a client case study, they must ensure they have removed or anonymized third-party identifying information or obtained consent where required.
If you request removal of your content, Solthira will evaluate and, where appropriate, remove it within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal or contractual reasons.
Paid services and subscriptions
Paid services include one-on-one coaching, group programs, retreats, and downloadable resources. Specific terms for each paid offering are provided at purchase and may include schedules, deliverables, and cancellation rules.
Prices for services are listed on wsotira.club and in program information. Pricing is stated in Canadian dollars and includes applicable taxes where required. Case example: a published workshop price covers attendance and materials but does not include optional third-party lodging.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you authorize the processor to charge the payment method provided. Invoices and receipts will be issued for paid services.
Subscription services renew automatically on the billing cycle indicated at signup. Users will receive renewal notices and may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account settings or by contacting [email protected].
Refunds are handled case by case. For many digital and time-limited services, requests for a refund are considered within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. Refund outcomes depend on the nature of the service and any consumed resources; we aim to address disputes fairly and transparently.
Clients may cancel scheduled sessions or programs according to the cancellation terms provided at booking. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows, as stated in the program agreement.
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to purchases. Solthira will collect taxes where required by law and provide documentation when applicable.
Solthira may change prices for future enrollments. Prices for active, paid engagements will not be raised mid-term except where explicitly agreed in writing.
Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access. We will notify clients of overdue accounts and seek resolution before taking restrictive actions.
Disclaimer and professional limits
Content and coaching provided by Solthira are intended for educational and developmental purposes in the area of spiritual leadership. They do not constitute legal, medical, business, or other professional advice. Results vary based on individual circumstances and effort. Example: a leadership practice recommended in a session may improve decision-making for some entrepreneurs but will not ensure specific business outcomes.
Third-party tools and vendors
We may use third-party vendors for payment processing, hosting, analytics, and communications. These vendors have their own terms and privacy policies. Example: payments processed through a third-party may be subject to that processor’s dispute resolution procedures.
Privacy and data handling
Solthira’s Privacy Policy, available at wsotira.club/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Users should review that policy for details on rights and data-handling procedures.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms at wsotira.club and by notifying registered users. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Dispute resolution and governing law
Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Solthira services will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Parties will first seek amicable resolution; if unresolved, disputes may be brought to the courts of Ontario. Example scenario: a billing dispute between a client and Solthira is first escalated to [email protected] for mediation.
Account creation and responsibilities
To use certain services you must create an account. Accurate and current information must be provided. Accounts may represent individuals or authorized organizational representatives.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update your account promptly if details change. Example: updating a billing card or contact email to ensure timely receipt of program materials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Solthira immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts are personal and may not be transferred without prior written consent from Solthira, except where accounts represent an organization and the organization authorizes reassignment.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately with relevant details so we can take steps to secure the account and advise next steps.
Solthira may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Before suspension, we will attempt to notify the account holder where practicable.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solthira’s liability for direct damages arising from its services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant services in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This limitation reflects our pricing and the practical risk allocation between parties.
Termination of access
Solthira may suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or other material reasons. Users may terminate by cancelling active subscriptions and fulfilling any outstanding obligations.
Upon termination, access to paid materials and community features may be revoked. Outstanding fees remain payable. Example: if a participant breaches community rules and their account is terminated, they will lose access to ongoing group sessions but may retain previously downloaded materials only as permitted by license terms.
Communications and notices
We communicate primarily by email and notices on wsotira.club. Official notices related to legal matters will be sent to the contact information provided in your account and may also be sent by certified mail to Saint George Street, Lindsay ON K9V, Canada.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for disputes not resolved by alternative dispute resolution.
